System Compositions and Shared Dependencies

چکیده

Much of the work in con guration management has addressed the problems of version history and derivation. Little has been done to address the problems of reasoning about the consistency of composed components or the e ects of substituting one version for another. In my paper, \Version Control in the Inscape Environment" [13], I de ned a number of concepts to be used in reasoning about substituting one component for another. In this paper, I discuss the problem of shared dependencies (that is, substituting one of more interdependent components in a context), propose an approach for specifying such dependencies, and show how this approach can be used to reason about the substitution in the context of interdependent components in a con guration.

Extension of the Dense System Equation of State to Electrolyte Solutions

In this work we have applied the Dense System Equation of State (DSEOS) to electrolyte solutions. We have found that this equation of state can predict the density of electrolyte solutions very accurately. It has been tested for different electrolytes solutions at different temperatures and compositions. A hypothetical binary model has been applied to find the dependencies of parameters of ...

An annotation scheme for Persian based on Autonomous Phrases Theory and Universal Dependencies

A treebank is a corpus with linguistic annotations above the level of the parts of speech. During the first half of the present decade, three treebanks have been developed for Persian either originally or subsequently based on dependency grammar: Persian Treebank (PerTreeBank), Persian Syntactic Dependency Treebank, and Uppsala Persian Dependency Treebank (UPDT). The syntactic analysis of a sen...

Joint Memory-Based Learning of Syntactic and Semantic Dependencies in Multiple Languages

In this paper we present a system submitted to the CoNLL Shared Task 2009 performing the identification and labeling of syntactic and semantic dependencies in multiple languages. Dependencies are truly jointly learned, i.e. as if they were a single task. The system works in two phases: a classification phase in which three classifiers predict different types of information, and a ranking phase ...

Discriminative Learning of Syntactic and Semantic Dependencies

A Maximum Entropy Model based system for discriminative learning of syntactic and semantic dependencies submitted to the CoNLL-2008 shared task (Surdeanu, et al., 2008) is presented in this paper. The system converts the dependency learning task to classification issues and reconstructs the dependent relations based on classification results. Finally F1 scores of 86.69, 69.95 and 78.35 are obta...

Automated Discovery of Compositions of Services Described with Separate Ontologies

We present a matchmaking system that exploits ontologybased (OWL-S) service descriptions to discover service compositions capable of satisfying a client request. Efficiency is achieved by pre-computing off-line a (hyper)graph that represents the functional dependencies among different (sub)services. The notion of Semantic Field [1] is employed to cross different ontologies.
